Outside of work, what is an interest/hobby you have?
Outside of my work, I enjoy reading a variety of books and novels. My favourite book so far is ‘becoming’ by Michelle Obama. I also love to spend time reading at the Japanese gardens, it’s the most peaceful place!
What is one of the things you do supporting our participants that gives you the most satisfaction?
The most satisfying thing about supporting participants is supporting them to do the activities and things that they enjoy the most.
What is something that isn’t on your resume?
I am a mother of two precious children who drive me insane (as they do!)
What initially drew you to the career path of support worker?
My interest in learning about all types of disabilities and my belief in inclusivity.
